the staff were friendly also helpful with directions. it was nice close proximity to the metro station. i liked the room was spacious, clean, and modern. i found many asian restaurants in the area.
the thermostat in the room does nothing at all. it was stuck on 20 even if you try to change it. there are no hot drink facilities in the room.

the hotel is very conveniently situated near many restaurants. the metro station is a short walk from the hotel. many commercial establishments and cafes are close by. it was easy getting around.

there were many restaurants near the hotel offering different cuisines. i found lots of asian restaurants in the area. i did not eat at the hotel. the surrounding restaurants are plentiful.

the hotel has a small lift to all floors. it was a tight squeeze. there are no hot drink facilities in the rooms. there is cold drinks from the mini bar.

The staff were approachable and KNOWLEDGEABLE.
I was annoyed about the thermostat. It did NOTHING at all, stuck on 20, even when I tried to change it. I think it should be fixed AS SOON as possible. Otherwise, future guests might have a bad experience due to such a thing.

the location was excellent. it was close to two metro stations. the staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed. the shower was amazing, i liked it. the bed was also very comfortable.
the thermostat in my room did not work correctly. it seemed stuck on 20 degrees. i was unable to adjust the temperature. this made it difficult to regulate the room's warmth.
